Thorin
All that noise and smoke and he only gets a 13.2? When's the single going on Dude?
Adam W
A single will make things worse rather than better if you can't get traction with the peashooters! Very disappointing to hear that the DR's didn't make much of a difference, were you using Nittos or BFGs, or something different? I was kinda banking on those things solving my traction problems

Bobbeh
Hehe he did better than last year (Jan) Best was 14.9 @ 95mph I think, and that was with a pretty good (smooth) launch (looking from grandstand anyway). I think they're good for maybe mid 14's on a decent grippy surface.

UK_S2000
Hiya, Yeah my little old NA VTEC machine managed a 14.913 at 94.9MPH. Who needs turbo's or 4WD? -Mike
Matt Harwood
By comparison, my old auto ran several 13.0(somethings), at Pod when the conditions were better... Last January, the best I could manage was 14.5! I'm sure Woodbridge will be better

dude
Originally posted by Supra Pilot Dude are your time slips available to show? Prob threw em away in disgust !!!!!!, the way the car launched it will easily run mid 12's if its possible to run on full throttle to the end , when i tried it with RLTC in 20% it was still cutting the injectors over the line !!! I was kinda banking on those things solving my traction problems Its got nothing to do with traction in the normal sense Adam , the track is covered in rubber which is balling up and rolling around under the wheels causing the car to squirm around , trust me the drag radials work VERY well , the car launches forward at 4000 rpm like its been shot out of a cannon it was only a ways down the track it started to get loose , have you ever seen a auto supra launch a LOT harder than a played with EVO7 !!! . I stand by what i said that the car will run low 12's with stock turbos if not high 11's , all i ask is that i can use full throttle for the whole 1/4 mile , i spoke to Hauser racing who supplied my drag radials , they build proper drag cars and they will not test at the pod unless its been prepped for a proper meeting , his excact words were its bloody dangerous in a car as powerfull as that , if anyone thinks im exagerating ask Bobbeh he was there !!!
