Failed MOT

my supe failed the mot today:shock: it apears that the driver side rear shock has leaked. so i need to replace it asap, the ones fitted to the car are birstien

I don't know if i can replace just the one or to replace all four shocks as they have been on the car for a number of years & depending on cost. any info would be gratefull

I swapped a set of function but used shocks and springs for lager and chocolate last week, you might find someone on here with old stuff to get you buy until you can afford to do it properly, having said this the fitting costs make this an expensive way of doing it unless you have a cheap mechanic.

my mate is a mechanic so i'll have a look about cheers
