Guest DarkAge
after approval from moderator: Hi all, Im will very soon launch a car web application with specific subsections (read: domains) for each car make. Im currently looking for testers and would like to ask the supra community for help. Id appreciate it if you can help me test the toyota section to find any last bugs so that i can fix them. If you want to participate reply to this thread, and i will provide further information via PM. Prerequisites: 1) You are willing to spend 15 minutes 2) You have some images of your car thanks in advance

Guest DarkAge
[qimg]http://www.scribbleproductions.co.uk/stuff/toblerowned.jpg[/qimg] not really, ive asked on 2 other car forums, where i received a lot of help. Just made the mistake that i made this my first post, which made me look like a scammer. Once (and if) the testing initiates im sure the first testers will "clear" my name. I have no bad intentions and therefore i have deleted the original message until i get the approval from the moderator. I like any other member on this board is a car-nut, and when looking for help (for a car related question) will contact the various car boards. thanks. Lewis
So I had a pm from the gent. The link took me to a phpnuke site, looks to me just like it might be a ratemyBLAH module for phpnuke. If that's the case then it's no biggy, tbh I don't see the point but that's my personal opinion. Personally, I would rather see the actual product before advocating it for or members. As a web consultant involved in nuke sites for some time, I may also be the best placed to test it. I won't say it's safe for members at the moment as there is nothing there. People will make their own minds up of course. Lewis
Lewis
So 1 Q.... Is it a web app or some php and mysql? Nowadays a web application is generally considered to be something along the lines of .NET/J2EE etc etc where it is actually compiled.

To elaborate a bit: its not a phpnuke site, its a complete custom web application hence the request for help with testing. I also appreciate you not posting the URL due to the reasons outlined in the pm i sent you. I will repost my original message, and id appreciate it if someone could help me out.... As this is my 'thang' I know some people would be happier to look at it for you once I had checked it out. good luck getting it done.
