Mike M
I did mine on 4 axle stands for clearance and then ran some tubing from the engine bay into the filler hole. Worst bit of the job was getting the car on the stands.
Daston
is the car solid on 4 stands? I never like the idea of working under a car as I always have this thought in the back of my mind.
Mike M
yeah mate as long as it's on level ground, I usually leave the jack in position untensioned just in case. The first pin hole on the stands was just enough to clear all 4 wheels and allow me to crawl under. Don't worry it should never do what happened on Top Gear last night the sup is pretty heavy and would need alot of shifting.
Alex
The car needs to be flat when filling it up as the filling hole is positioned to not let you overfill it...when it's on the flat. 4x axle stands is the best DIY route.
