mathew
as many who are trying to sell their supras are finding out the market isnt at its best right now. is there any reason for this?? i mean you get hell of a lot of car for the money and dont see many about. i know insurance and running costs are bit more expensive but surely this cant be the only reason??? my mate just spent £11k on a new punto so i had to point out to him that he could have almost 2 of my cars for that price and is now considering selling up to get one. poot
yep i don't understand it either, i've had my car not far off 4 years and the only thing in thats broken is my starter motor. In some ways its much more reliable than a new car! Maybe people are starting to get put off by the age of the average car - it doesn't matter to us car enthusiasts but to a newcomer to the Supra it must be much harder to justify (to the wife ) paying 10-12 grand for a 10yr old car? Dave
When i was looking for a supra 2 years ago a good one was hard to find i paid 8k for mine, now you can get a good one for 4-6k. look around and see what you can get for that not much and nothing that looks and drives like the supra.and ive had no problems whatsoever with it . i was gonna try and sell mine this year for a tt but ive decided to keep it for the time being at least. Daston
I dont think prices will drop that much more on the well looked after ones though as the car is still very much in the public knowledge went out to day to a stock car meet and on the way back to the car all I heard was "wow look daddy a supra!"
