Chris Wilson
After 8 months of ownership I finally pulled my finger out on the 7th July and ran it at Donington for the first time. 1600 cc TOYOTA engine 220 BHP, N/A, 10,250 RPM, six speed sequential Hewland box, 3 way adjustable Penske dampers, full MOTEC with datalogging and dash. Awesome to drive, even though it was thundering, lightning and generally persisting down most of the day. I want to play with it again, but it's a VERY noisy bugger and I am limited as to where will allow it to run. Chris Wilson
Is that the 4AGE in there Chris? Lovely looking machine Yep, but a very trick one! More pics of installation at ftp://ftp.chriswilson.tv/zeus_toyota and it's sister car alongside, witha 2.4 litre V8 in it 9which has subsequently gone bang in the biggest possible way and now has a one off, billet blocked 1500 cc, 400 BHP turbo engine in it are at ftp://ftp.chriswilson.tv/Zeus_V8
Gaz Walker
It needs lowered. And some chrome wheels
Chris Wilson
20 inch ones on order, with some plastic adaptors. Korean tyres ordered, too. Just need to lower it, but as it's only at 30 mm ride height now it's hard to find really cheap springs that will lower it another 10 mm... Should I get a bigger spoiler? Maybe some ICE stuff? Neons? A MUST HAVE is a magnet in the fuel line, she's a bit expensive to run on 114 octane, these gizmos guarantee more economy, AND power, I can't believe the engine builders missed that off the spec sheet. Angarak
You dont need to buy new springs Chris, just 'max power' em with a saw, that way you can lower it as much as you like for free. If you really wanted to be 'mr pimp' in the pit lane though, you'll need to get an air suspension kit for it, that way when your not racing, you can be impressing people with your dancing Zeus Nice car, and the 4AGE engine is a good lump - had the 'red hat' version in my old Corolla GTI (though not as much power as yours has). Thorin
she's a bit expensive to run on 114 octane Chris, just use optimax and then buy a load of those little bottles of "octane booster". You also need to fit one of those "electronic turbo" kits

Ian C
Gaz Gaz Gaz, tut tut, you need the proper £15 one, not some cheap knockoff! Don't forget to improve throttle response, acceleration, and drivability by fitting a rising rate fuel regulator -Ian
