Max Headroom
I dont know about TT's but as far as I am aware there is no point in chipping an NA. Waste of money and does heehaw.

Supra-Dupra
As CJ says forget Superchips all they do is add a bleed valve and fuel cut defender (forgot to mention this on my first post), which you can fit yourself for less than £100. ... supra-lover
o dear i'll give it a miss then, whats the main thing i can do to my n/a then to get power up???? i have a k and n panel filter and an exhaust is next on the cards?? cheers
Max Headroom
Decat your NA and get a good aftermarket exhaust, get you suspension geometry sorted out as well, as it will make the car handle better.
supra-lover
seems like to much hassel to do the cats what with having to take em off every year for the mot..is there nothing els engine wise i can do?? cheers mate
Max Headroom
As far as Im aware you only need 1 cat on your NA to get through the MOT, I've taken off my 2nd cat and kept it just in case. Takes 10 minutes to change on a ramp and with a decat you will find the supe more responsive lower down the rev range.

Nic
oh right quality, could i get a de cat and still use my stock exhaust???? where did you get yours from mate? cheers Contact Chris Wilson he can supply decat pipes for each cat, so come MOT time you can simply re-fit the 2nd cat. Nic
i see something a little wile back about you can buy sports cats does anyone know anything about them and if they are anygood? There are a few companies doing these now, not seen any for an NA Supra though. They are usually quite expensive, due to the catalyser material used, ie. equivalent of around £300-£400 in Japan to replace one cat. I can supply the Weds sport cat for TT Supra, see here details HERE
grimreaper
do you get exaust systems, i have seen one on ebay £250 for just the cat back?
