hks vs apexi induction kit?

I've seen stocker based hybrids after many miles/years with an Apexi filter on and they were un-eroded. I've seen a single turbo that's seen many miles and years on a K&N filter and it's looked like new. So both those filters I'd recommend. I've heard about two skylines that have had eroded turbos and subsequently engines due to HKS filters, but not heard of a Supra yet.

Given that both Apexi and K&N are proven in my eyes and my experience and the HKS has a question mark over it, I'd avoid the HKS.

Given the wheels on the car in question, it's HKS all the way.
