Injector Voltage.

quick way of checking the crankshaft sensor circuit is by cranking the engine and keeping your eyes on the rev counter needle. if you see the needle jumping very slightly then the crank sensor+ wiring are fine. i will then check the cam sensor circuit as your running a aftermarket ecu make sure that the pins are connecter the right way round to ecu. if those circuits are fine then you should see some sort of current to injectors/ coilpacks.

Thank's guys.

OK, bit of an update.

I may have a suspect faulty EMU as I have checked the output from standard ECU, linked direct to the injectors & all is OK, they fire up.

I then checked I/P and O/P on EMU and don't have any injector signal O/P which leads to a faulty EMU or software/firmware problem!

Doesn't look like I'm going to make it to JAE in the Supra at the moment :(

Yep, he's got them set correctly. I've been through them with him twice over the phone. As well as many other tests. The unit is seeing injector pulses from the stock ECU, and the stock ECU runs the injectors when they are directly connected anyway. But the injectors don't fire when the E-Manage is in the loop.

Ibrar is sending me his Ultimate to have a look at, see if it works in mine.
