cainhead
This is directed at all those in the know. I have a 94 n/a manual and its time for the MOT next month. I also have it double de-cat. Whats the best way to go to get it through the MOT. Also does anyone know a good place for an MOT around the Hampshire/Berkshire/Surrey area who are fair. Cheers in advance Cainhead:thumbs:
Max Headroom
I think youneed at least one cat to get through the MOT as far as I am aware, also make sure the MOT tester puts the right model on his computer, you may get away with the non cat test AFAIK. Ian W
put it through as it is, but take the second cat with you in the boot just in case
cainhead
I had heard something like that but was not sure which models it was for. Can anyone clarify this please. Cheers Maxheadroom
AlanM
Pre- 95 might pass without the Cat, regs change depending on age of car
spackrackman
i also was told once, if you give it a damn good thrashing just before the emissions test it helps. I could be wrong on this one though
