Paul Whiffin
Go for the std OE discs if I were you and the Porterfield pads I sell, which pads you go for depends on whether or not you'll be doing track days or not? Give me a shout, all the pads are here in stock if needed....
Ian C
Partco sell UK spec brake discs for a measly £138 a pair. Blueprint ADT343158 *2, not handed I've had one pair and they were the best brake discs I've had yet, lasted ages. I've got another set awaiting pickup -Ian
dandan
Ian, aren't the discs handed for reason- they are different? I thought the "vented" area of the disc had a certain pattern to it to aid airflow (ie not straight radial ribs in centre of disc). Admittedly, even if this is true it is probably marginal as to how critical it is. I may be popping down to Partco in the very near future, any idea of a part no. for the rears? damouk
the car is uk-spec so the bigger chappies are required, any one know the price of the OE's?
CJ
The best price I have seen from Mr. T is around £170 including vat. I can get them on a group buy from the USA for about £140. It isnt much of a saving due to the cost of transportation.
