mathew
thats pretty funny in a strange way maybe he should read up on the situation of that british dude who is being deported to the usa and facing up to 50yrs in a jail out there for hacking. on a larger scale but it still causes a lot of hassle for everyone involved
Lewis
Bit of a strong view on this one......... Someone should find that prick and break all his fingers so he can never use a keyboard again. um......why? Sorry but if a site/server has failed to take adequate security measures to protect themselves/their customers and someone exploits that, who is at fault? GeordieSteve
The Yamaha club gets hacked every bloody week. I clicked on at work and buggered off on a job only to come back an hour later to find someone had covered it in hardcore gay porn
Pete
That's not hacking. It's using a known exploit on some out of date forum software. If you run some GNU license style software that is well known, you HAVE to watch for updates or it WILL get screwed by some school boy tosser who thinks he's big. I agree. Break his fingers. Pete
If you disable images and css you can view the board. Doesn't look like it's been used in a while. Covered with spamming and crap. It looks like they're using phpBB 2.0.8 which is donkeys old! (2004?)
TLicense
Why do people bother doing this kinda stuff? Honestly what's the point???? OK so the security on the site wasn't fantastic, but that still doesn't give anyone the right to do that kinda thing. I think we'd all be pretty pissed if it happened here. And then the supergeek hackers of the higher order would be saying "they didn't protect themselves from it".

rik
um......why? Why, because anybody that goes out of their way to make life difficult for others on any scale, deserves retribution. Imagine if this site went down for a couple of days! All the people in the middle of perchasing parts from other members unable to communicate, all the people trying to log on to desperately search the tech forum to try and find out why their car wont start, all the traders that have paid to advertise losing out on business, jamiep unable to host cool videos of himself mono wheeling on his new beast...............i could go on! This little shit stain deserves a right royal kicking.......and you know it!
