TLicense
Very nice mate! I'm liking the coloured block a lot. Wonder if you could quickly tell me though, the water hose that goes around the back of the block. Is it just held on by the two bolts one on either side of the block, or is there one that holds it on the back of the block? I want to remove it so I can loose the two air lines that go to the pressure tank that I no longer have, and I want to remove the spare water exit, that I'll no longer need. Cheers, Tony

Ian C
Nice blue What sort of prep, primer, and paint did you use....? Can it be applied to the cylinder head as well...?
Lucifer
Nice blue What sort of prep, primer, and paint did you use....? Can it be applied to the cylinder head as well...? Prep ---- An Aweful lot of hand work went into this to take off any course casting. Dremmel, DA, file. you name it itwas done. Primer ------ None Direct HTA Paint Paint ----- We used a Custom HTA paint mix, mixed for us by the car paint wharehouse. LOL I have never even considered the head. I would say no, mainly for the fact you need contrast!
Ian C
HTA? That's something to do with heat, right? What would I ask for at a shop? So clean up and degrease the block, and then paint it with this stuff. Mmmm. I was thinking cylinder head "instead of" rather than "in addition to", seeing as it's easier to reach. You'd have to be mad to pull the engine just to paint it -Ian
