driving style after resetting ECU

Nah, the fuelling required at any given time is a function of engine speed and load (and other sensors). Your "driving style" isn't a factor.

 

Perhaps some car ECUs do change their behaviour based on this, but I doubt the Supra does.

 

I think some fly-by-wire systems provide different throttle response, but this is more likely to be control by a button (like a "sport" mode), than looking at the way you are driving.

just take it for some runs, at first it will probably hold back a bit on each run but after a few it will open up. Mine took around 3 full throttle runs up to high revs before full boost was restored, but I don't think there is a pattern or any official steps to follow.
