toyotasuprauk
Does anyone think the blue side light bulbs look any different? I tried one from Halfords and cant even tell the difference. Are the Philips ones any more blue? Same question again for these blue vision bulbs are they really a nicer look/ brighter etc? My dipped beam bulbs say PIAA does anyone know what that means? SimonB
Quite a big difference when compared to the standard ones. I still have the standard fogs, and they look quite yellow compared to the Philips ones, which look much more white (not really blue). The side lights aren't any brighter, but the dipped beam is because it's a slightly higher wattage if you put a 9005 in there from standard. I had those blue Halfords sidelights - what a joke, very yellow (didn't really notice until I installed BlueVision dipped beam), swapped the sidelights to BlueVisions too, and now everything's nice and white. Everyone says to _file_ down one of the lugs to fit j-specs, I just clipped it off with a pair of seceters (sp?), job done in 5 seconds! (just make sure it's the right lug!) peter richards
hello , had my light bulb fitted today 90005 was the number ,didnt have to file off any of the three lugs, but on the actual electric conector , there was a small piece of plastic inside which was stopping the connector going together , cut that off and in she went , illumination . thanks again for all the advice peter .
