Well for those that have read the below post and its counterparts:

You will know of the stressful issue i had with my supra jolting at high boost. After no luck spending about £800 (all things considered) having it fixed and the problem still existing, decided i would buy and try a thor FCD.

So Tuesday night came and i decided i would fit the new FCD and replace the HKS one i was told is dodgy. Got me tools out and opened up the ecu compartment. There is was, the HKS fuel cut defender.....Just before i decided to snip the wires, i looked at the dial, it was on 12 (no idea what that meant but underneath it said the word "norm". ummm, norm, my car isnt a normal stock supra. So, i though i would try changing the settings and see what happens instead of removing it.... i thought i would try the other end of the scale.. setting 1. that wasn’t it, the car would hardly go past 40mph. So back to setting 11. nope, fuel cut still there, setting 10………. Nope, still fuel cut…..damn ive wasted a quarter of a tank here and still no luck. Maybe it wasn’t fuel cut afterall. O.k, I’ll setting 9. the last time before I head back home……. 90mph, 100, 110, 120, 130, boost at a constant 1.15………. 140!!!!!!!!! No jolting!!!!!!!! Yipeee… problem was solved, it was fuel cut afterall!!!

Then it dawned on me, after all this time and money, all I had to do was turn a dial from 12 to 9, 5 seconds and free to do…………………………sh*t

Oh well, at least its sorted now!! HKS FCD’s….. only poo if you don’t have them on the right setting!!!!
