lui
After seeing the weather reports the weekend & seeing it was going to be 32 degrees today decided to take day of work & hit the south coast & ride the waves on my Yamaha 1200 jet ski & just get soaked by water all day long. So 9.00am loaded the van with all that was needed & hooked up jet ski to the back drove off to tesco's A312 filled up with fuel £90 A brought Pinic for day out to. Set of to Junction 3 M4 between filling up & juncton 3 heard strange noise from the back thinking nothing of it carried on as going up slip road on to motorway car behind kept flashing me so pulled over only to discover one of my wheel bearing gave in on me & if i carried on a extra halve mile wheel would of droped of & all hell would of happened. 10.00 called the AA & said there be there in within the hour ????????? 4 hours later finally turned up within that time 4 police vechiles pull over wanting to move me & jet ski at a expense. During this time had my picnic on grass verge on lay-by got attacked by ants nest through lot away. Also Saw L reg Red Sup driving pass made me thought should of went to coast in mine down to beack & sod the jet ski. 2.00 AA arrived loaded ski & broken trailer on to low loader called Shoreham Jet ski centre that im coming down as they had parts to fix it. Got there 4.00 with AA following me there. Off loaded jet ski guy's down there said we will get your ski in the water have fun while we fix wheel bearing's then found out needed new battery & plug's. So in Toatal day out cast me £120.00 battery & plug's / £95.00 new wheel bearing / £90.00 fuel / £35.00 harbour year licence & launch. Total out lay nearly £400.00 for 1.5 hour on the water did'nt get back till 9.30 But still those 1.5 hours was worth every minute Wished I stayed at home went to work & made some money & so much for a disaster trip down to coast Hopefully better day out next time :D
