whitesupratt
It's meant to be hotter tomorrow! and I didn't sleep a wink last night! I was so uncomfortable at work today with no airon, so sticky! Im not complaining tho! I spend 9 months of the year praying for the hot weather!
Bobbeh
Not what I want to hear, especially after hearing the office cooling system at work isnt working!
Homer
It hit 30 degrees here by mid afternoon, hottest I've seen for a couple of years. Good job I just bought a mobile air conditioner unit today! Its 18 degrees in my living room, might have to put a jumper on

Paul Whiffin
It'll be pissing down with rain and cold this time next week probably and everyone will be complaining about that then! Its either to hot or to cold in this country. Why cant it just stay a nice 22/23 deg, its not to much to ask is it?
Charlotte
It's weird because I had this dream a few weeks ago that I was watching the news and the presenter was saying that it was going to get hotter and hotter and the temps were like 40 deg, ok slightly hotter than real life but strange all the same. Like I foresaw the heat wave. Also I had another dream about some trousers I'd bought that kept falling down because there wasn't a belt. I dreamt that the belt was tucked into the waist band thing. Woke up and I checked and it was there! ahem.

Homer
How much Homer? and where from? B&Q superstore in Reading, £170 but I took the last one! There's some hugely powerful ones for £250 though (enough to cool a small house)
supRo
Not what I want to hear, especially after hearing the office cooling system at work isnt working! Why does office air-con always break down when it's roasting hot?! It never breaks down when it's cold outside lol

Homer
they sound a little pricey, but what else did I expect Tell me about it, I expected at least £250 for a budget model so was happy with a decent unit at £170. 'Real' aircon units (That can cool more than 2-3rooms) are upwards of £

Homer
.. and no doubt you could get the same shite for $50 stateside. Perhaps not that cheap, but not far off judging by the prices I saw there last week.
DamanC
I got fed up with not getting any sleep at night so invested in one of those mobile air con units from B&Q a couple of years back. I swear by it, and right now its keeping me cool as penguin testicles
