Aero-M
Mine has been painted, but is now starting to come of. Not sure if I should just take the rest of the paint of, or get it re-sparayed. AJI
Blimey...thread resurrection from 2004 !! I'm glad I never chose to spray the lower lip in the end. I noticed that the Supra has a nice height vs width ratio when viewed from the front.... and especially on non-black cars the ratio looks more agressive IMO. Colour coding a lower lip for a non-black car makes the ratio look too square. The same effect is found with these after market front bumpers that turn the front end from a nice rectangle ratio into a square shape with similar ratio of a house (j/k) But everyone has their own desires with how they want their car to look. DaveR
Weird that this REALLY old thread has been resurrected... I've just spent the last three days spraying my lower trim/aero lip to match the rest of the car - just finished the laquering today - in readiness for JapFest. I think it makes the front of the car flow so much better with the remainder - the front end, while it could never be classed as riding high, looks significantly higher up than the sides/rear in the wrong light. Pics to follow after she's had a good wash!
AndrewOW
My lip and front spoiler are sprayed body colour black. Look good methinks
Rob Dublin
Is that gunmetal or quicksilver? What are the wheels? Robbed from Supraforums, was on a thread about painting the lip if that helps. Think it's silver but at night/flouescent lighting makes it look darker.
