Robert
Has anyone had a drive in one? or been a passenger? would like get some opinions on them and yes i know they only have 400bhp
jamesmark
I have driven the 360 and the 360 Spyder and I was not impressed, I hated the flappy paddle gearbox, the Spyder for some reason felt more responsive. You dont get the same sensation of speed as what you do in the Supra there was no urgency. Around town as I had the displeasure of driving one in a samll village they are a pain in tight roads. Robert
what was the noise inside the car like james? ive only heard them go down the road and they sound lovely.
jamesmark
For what you expect from a Ferrari, it was amazing just the right amount of road noise but like all Ferrari's the engine note is second to non, its about the only thing I like about Ferrari's are the engine's and the marvelous sound they make. jamesmark
Nice! I want a friend like that. Any pics? (Of the cars, not the friend) None, did not see the point in keeping them any longer as I only keep a hold of things that mean something to me, am not even a Ferrari fan. Chiefgroover
I done a mates one, nice shiney red and very low miles (about 6K). Not that quick, dont like the driving position at all, paddle g/box I cant stand, handling is fine for a mid engine until you push it when the rear starts to break away fast and hard to recover. In a nut shell, a parcel of shyte. Getting back into the Supra was the best part. He has now sold it and bought a DB9. If you have any notion of a GT3, (another mate has a yellow one) hope your roads are smooth in your area or the back end will spend most of it's time twitching and in the air. Once again, glad to dive home in the Supra. All this expensive exoticia is great for kids bedroom wall posters, but I find them a dissapointment every time. The GT3 owner has a 997 turbo on order, I am hoping it will entertain a bit more.
Lucifer
Yes I used to have one for a short while. Absolute gods honest truth... I hated it. To me it felt like I was pirched on it, and not driving it. The acceleration is only as good as a BPU sup and very hard to gain more power from. Had it from new and the clutch went within 3000 miles which was NOT under warentee. HOWEVER...... Fanny magnet... oh yeah...... Would I buy again? I can't afford it I started a business...
MrDriver
I've been a passenger in a 360CS, did 190mph on the autobahn Sound, accelaration, brakes, everything was incredible. what a car! But I like the looks of a supra better Greets

Kopite
And one like the one in that film will cost almost as much as a new Ferrari They were doing them on E-bay a while back, $80k IIRC. SP had this in recently, i'd murder everyone of you on the forum to own this http://img118.imageshack.us/img118/3424/dsc36ro.jpg http://img118.imageshack.us/img118/6158/gt500tire0um.jpg http://img77.imageshack.us/img77/8381/gt500interior0pr.jpg http://img118.imageshack.us/img118/619/dsc022756ch.jpg

Nick1980
not quite but will have enough for a few nice things 'kin hell mate, I remember when you had to sell your supra for the cash, and now it's a 360! Nice one A spyder drove past us in Notting Hill when I was at work the other day - my mate shouted "give it some beans" (?!) to him as he passed, and he duly obliged - sounded amazing You'll have to take me for a spin in this one too
Robert
lol yeah i remember that Nick, funny how things change around though mate, will take you out for a spin in either this or the mustang if i can ever make my mind up.
Nick1980
Sweet! Can I suggest the greatest car ever made tho - the Ferrari F40
Robert
don't really like the f40 tbh, also think it might be out my price range lol
Wolf
Look on Autotrader for any 3 year old 360 and they all show 4 or 5 or even 6 owners - says a lot about a "dream car" when no one lived the dream for more than a few months. I had a 355 and tested to 360 when time came to trade up but really didn't like it - and without sounding arrogant I am what most would think of as very wealthy and I wouldn't want to keep up with the servicing bills and new clutches
