In my case and most others mileage will prob decrease drastically as you wont stop screaming around with the tyres on fire and a big grin on yer face !!!!:) As far as motorway driving only slightly but you need to be gentle on the throttle so as to increase speed without slip , this is where the lock up switch will really come into its own .

Cooling does need to be addressd but everyone needs different advise , it all depends on the type of use the car will be put too and the mods it has , a large tube and fin cooler is relatively inexpensive and a small fan can be added to make it even more efficient , im going to run 2 large coolers one with a thermostatically controled fan !!!!:sly:

had a ride in dude's today and he showed me how the converter worked.

HOLY SH*T!! was about all i could gasp out at the end of all that snaking about (as usual, he just HAD to switch off the traction control off didn't he  ). this is an amazing piece of hardware. the instantaneous boost WHILE ttc mode is unbelievable!! he tried it in sequential but it was silly - slipping all over the place with the tyres scrabbling for grip.

dude managed to provide instant fog (the burning rubber kind) to several patrons exiting the local automotive mecca (halfrauds) by burning rubber in the handicapped bay!! nutter ... :p

a nice local matron n what i took to be her son very crossly told dude not to misbehave but dude being dude replied with something suitably fruity whereupon her son (later found out that it was her husband) got a bit shirty b4 dude cooled him down by getting out of the car and making strange gesticulative motions:innocent:

dude - why is it everytime i talk to you, i either get hungry or wanna buy something ?

anyways - a big thank you for all your help and the unending entertainment value you provide :)

I have now decided that my TC has magic powers

it makes most cars dissapear

it causes a strange mist at will

it made Roy stop talking ,turn white and lose his appetite

I also have reason to believe that CJ who i took out afterwards is now sporting a perm and speaks english correctly !!!!:stupid:

OK, forget the perm (for those of you who don't know me I am of the shaven headed variety) and the properly spoken English (I am Welsh) lets cut to the chase.

I went out with dude yesterday expecting the car to be quick. I expected to feel a big kick when it "took off". Well, my expectations were totally wrong. It isn't quick, it is friggin ballistic. It doesnt give a kick, it gives you "G" force feelings. This is probably the quickest sensation I have ever felt in a car - bar none!

And, when you consider that the car had to propel dude, me (trust me, I am no light weight) and my son who weighs in at 10 stone then the experience is even more incredible.

One word of warning. If your bank balance is low, if your credit cards are maxed out or if you have promised your partner that the next big spend wil be on the house, do not go into the car and sample the speed and thrust (ooer). If you do, you will be smitten and will defo want this done to your car.

Oh, BTW, did I mention I thought it was good?
