mathew
well the title says it all, had the soop for a week now and the novelty and (big) smile still hasnt worn off. any stress or agitation is all gone after a quick blat in the beast. there have been a few surprises which i wasnt expecting, the first is how good it handles for such a big car. one thing that isnt as much of a surprise is the attention it gets- though i cant really blame anyone, just look at it!! its still a bit strange picking up the keys off the table and heading to the car that i used to have posters of on my bedroom wall (i was a wee lad at the time). DAVE past in his white supe last weekend, gave a little wave, then i thought what a stunning car.only then did i remember that i was sat in one:d All in all and pound for pound there is no comparison imo. some of the questions that get asked are comical along with most of the 1.2litres that wana race you Got to make the effort this weekend to take some proper pics of the supe and also sell the car which i forgot i had due to the supw turning up!! EddyS
I've had mine two months now, and I still smile when i walk down the drive to get in...even on Monday morning, then i smile when i walk away in the car park at work (having a shifty look back over my shoulder)
leelbuk
It is a beautiful car and definately one of a kind. I always have a look back at it when I park it, looks great just sat there! Had mine for 2 months now too, but starting to get used to the power, It no longer has that "shit your pants" factor for me but still does for most passengers! How many miles you done since you had it though? I done over 2000 already! Like having a new bird, at the beginning ya just can't leave her alone! mathew
just past the 500mile mark, but that includes a 210 mile journey home from picking it up.
Ben-san
I still sneak a peak over my shoulder after parking up - and that's after 15 months of ownership. You've got years of happy ownership in front of you
China Man
just be careful and don't get caught out around a bend. I am lucky to still own a supra and I enjoy every part of it, red letter day every time I drive it. China
leelbuk
I know what you mean China. I don't drive like an idiot in any respect but already have had the back end give me a slap on the wrist a couple of times...
