It is what it says , a MANU mode if you leave the lever in D it will try to pull off in 3rd !!!!! same as the BMW's use in 'slip' mode . Nick
Slow drive home last night, RLTC wasn't much use to be honest, probably because I was going dead slow and it doesn't work below something like 20mph..?. Snow Mode was a great help.
paulrenn
Snow mode is USELESS in my opinion. I tried it on my '97 and could not even get up a 5 degree slope. It is all down to the tyres...ones with spikes are the best
Supra ST Myster
i had that snow mode yday and my car is a kreg RZ? Slip light stayed on all the way home after a minor tweak from the tyres , after that all power gone.
SkyJawa
AFAIK RLTC works above 10mph, but I think its configurable. I was in a nice warm pub drinking grolsch with the car parked up at home when the snow came - lovely! Only this am did I realise I'd have to get up a hill of ice. Put in manu, overdrive off, select first and she just crawled along fine Trip to work this am, RLTC never even kicked in on Wet mode so good going
blackmax
Whats the matter with you guys....!! I thought you all liked getting sideways..!! hahahaha... I drove in the 25 miles to work this morning out in the back of beond... Was a little scary at times. Thought the auto box was in neutral at one stage, then I turned the music down and could hear the wheels spinning...!Oops.. also had the wheels spinning at about 60-70 under aceleration. I think i'll slow down on the way home..!. Still at least i've got one way in one piece.! Hmmmmm what traction control anyway hahahaha

Coo - I know I still keep intending to send you my settings (is it safe to use that app you sent me?), but my RLTC on wet still allows plenty of wheelspin at low speed.
