Underworld
How much do you think you should pay for a black Uk spec auto with milage in 50k miles region?
pistonbroke
I'd say, off the top of my head, £11000 to £12000 It would have to be mint though.
Underworld
Hm ive seen one going for about 8.5 but could beat them down. Wasnt sure whether this was a good price. Ive seen some cars on here going for about 7-10 which are pretty mint condition.
carl0s
Paid £9,750 for mine with 59k on the clock, immaculate, two years ago. So you're buying the same car but two years older. Take mileage with a pinch of salt, as Dan says it should be immaculate at that sort of mileage.
Bobbeh
What reg is it? 50k miles isnt anything on any modern car inc the Supra.. so it should do you well for years to come.
pistonbroke
well I paid £9000 for mine three months ago, and mines an immaculate import model with 62000 on the clock.

carl0s
RSP VVTi Auto. That'd be my choice on that page.
Bobbeh
Unless the mileage was the around that of the UK
carl0s
I'm dying to have a go in a vvti auto. There are two factors which I want to feel the combined benefit of - ceramic turbos, and vvti. I wonder how much different off the line it would be to my UK auto. I think my no-cats and 3" DP help with low end spool but I'd love to see how much better a vvti jap car is. Bobbeh
DSG ones maybe but sadly you wont get that technology in a Supra.
carl0s
DSG ones maybe but sadly you wont get that technology in a Supra. just been reading a thread in uk.rec.cars.misc. VAG DSG box is limited to 250ft/lb torque apparently. That's shit. I didn't reply there, but I thought the Veyron used a DSG box?
Bobbeh
No idea.. but I've seen it in action watching new Golfs race, the manual cant shift as quick and the DSG actually helps control the launch to get the best amount of power at the line. Impressive stuff.

carl0s
Hm i guess 8-8.5k is an ok price for a black uk spec low milage then ! It's not particularly cheap but it's 'OK' I suppose. Mileage isn't a concern on Supras really.
Underworld
I also take it you can get uk spec black cars with black leather.
