Yes, a BMW! But a Drop Top Individual! Sold

It’s a BMW 320i 'Individual' Cabriolet and its now SOLD!!!!

Its called an ‘individual’ because when new, the buyer was given the option at great expense of having the choice of a more unique trim and colour option, available from the factory, but making the car more expensive as it would be tailor made so to speak. I spoke to Toms (Ahh Aristo) BMW mechanic mate and he told me all this and also what to look for when buying the car, he also told me that they are as rare as hens teeth and highly desirable because they are obviously more unique.

Colour is Ultraviolet, and the seats are light grey with purple piping as you can see from the photos.

Its an inline 6 2.0 litre engine so still sounds really nice, and if I’m honest, I was quite surprised at its performance because I thought it was going to be sluggish as hell with being such a heavy car, but its not, it can hold its own pretty well.

Its lowered, but I’m not sure on the brand of the springs, the wheels are ‘genuine’ 18 inch M-Tech alloys, not cheap copies, and tread all round is more than adequate. There is a trip computer which tells you mpg, outside temp, range, etc etc, power steering, electric windows, and of course electric hood (which is well cool when it folds totally flat behind the rear headrests!) It has the original Beamer clear lens pack on it (indicators all clear). It has a FULL service history, the service book is stamped right up to 87000 miles, and the car has just turned 93000 so the mileage is well below average. There is all the MOT Certificates, all the original BMW Packs, lots of bills and receipts and everything you would expect for an enthusiasts car. (Luckily, the previous owners were clever enough to keep all this stuff!)

It has the 96 onwards front grill, which covered the model up to 2001, so with a private plate on it, you could fool anyone into thinking it was only 5 years old!

And by the way, the back end sits lower than it looks in the photos, it looks higher because of the angle of the parking space behind my work. It is actually about 1 inch higher than it should be in the photos.

The car was used as on of the footballers cars in the first series of ‘Footballers Wives’ too if that interests you? (Just something the last keeper told me!)

Thats about it really, i'm selling because this car was a stop gap car between Supras, and i'm buying Matt 6's Supra now.

This is a great summer car, and i'm sure one of you will know a man, who knows a woman, who's related to their next door neighbours babysitters brother who shops at WHSmith who heard that the cashier was looking for one! So, help me out in finding the Drop Top a new home!

Looking for £7250.00 BTW! :)

Bloody BMW drivers..... I see no mention of Indicators.

Seriously though, any one who can help, bring a old Supra Owner back to a Supra owner again, let Mad Matt know,

Then after years of Stick to Prof monkey about owning a white Supra, Matt will get it all back!!
