Pete
No such thing as a T-top Supra.
markssupra
The only aerotops you will get right hand drive are the J spec TT or NA, but both come with auto boxes. Unless you fancy sticking a manual box in one as at least member on here has IIRC. Wanna buy mine.

Pixelfill
Wasn't DB's old car up for sale again recently, that was a 6spd aerotop. edit: scrub that DB's was an auto - I thought he'd done a 6spd conversion, but I think he put a TT into an N/A aero. - could be wrong again though Mike
Pete
What does T-top mean? It means you have a T bar like the MR2 down the centre with two roof panels. KITT was a T top. Just thinking...T = targa? [edit] No it doesn't. In which case weren't there Targa Porsches - what did they look like? With a bar? Starting to doubt myself now.
Jake
DB's old car that was a 6spd aerotop. I'm sure it wasn't

Jake
It means you have a T bar like the MR2 down the centre with two roof panelsThanks, that's what I thought it was. So what's a Targa? Edit : Nevermind
Pete
Oh arse. Slice of humble pie over here please. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Targa_top
Pixelfill
Not really Pete - you were technically correct Targa tops are different from T-top or known as T Bar roof, which has a solid, non-removable bar running between the passenger and driver sides of the car. It is called a T-top due to the design looking roughly like the letter T Mike
tbourner
Either way the Supra is neither - it's an aerotop.

ross
hey guys. Was just thinking of asking the "why were there never any 6 spd tt aerotops". Now I know. Just a quickie though. Has anyone ever tried fitting 20inch rims to the supra? Can it be done? read some folks on here are having trouble with 19s and was hoping to go for 20s myself. I know I'll prob have to sell one of me kidneys to do it but I'm nothing if not keen.
Thorin
20" wheels. No, no, no, no, no. Please sell your Supra and buy a Range Rover or something more suitable.
Pixelfill
whoooaaah there, That's a little off topic there, came from the out field that one. Seriously though, you'll get a much better response if you post a new thread with that question, a lot of people won't see it in here. If you really want an informed answer you could try asking Chris Wilson, but I warn you *IF* you get an answer you won't like it. I think Jezzybabes is puttingsome huge rims on his, so you could ask him. Mike
