Probably a stupid question - but whats going to happen to the perfectly straight shell at the end of all this? Is someone going to buy a car thats had a bad side impact and transfer everything accross? Would it be cost effective to do so? Seems like a waste of a really nice car . .

I "think" I have a buyer for the chassis and shell. I am just awaiting confirmation.

Col (& gang), firstly, hats off to you for your selflessness and compassion for Dude and his family in sufferance. Although I don't know him at all, I can say that he has something that most of us struggle for - REAL friends.

I'm sorry I can't make the spanner party, Bristol is just too far a trek to make on that weekend. I'd still like some parts if someone could kindly strip them for me.

1. O/S exterior roof trim / drip trim

2. Dampener dust boots X4

3. Driver's door card if it's in good condition, i.e. no elbow mark.

Thanks dude (and Dude) :)

B

EDIT>>>

Just been reading the other related threads Col, I guess we shall see how things pan out first.

The first paragraph however still stands. :)
