Camping will be at Afreemasons' house, Glyn has very kindly offered everyone the option for people to camp on his field (where the BBQ and finish point is). I'll be meeting up with Glyn this weekend to finalise plans and post up the final details, just get your tent ready to chuck in the boot

There is a BBQ at Afreemason's(Glyn's) House at the end of the day, Many people have booked into the hotel or are camping at Glyn's house, so we can enjoy the rest of the evening Obviously this is weather permitting, so if raining, we will be retreating to the Mitre Oak.

 

Do we have to pay to enter?!

 

No fee, its all free! There may be a small charge for a Burger or Hotdog, just to cover costs, but otherwise completely free! I will confirm the food issue by next weekend.

For whoever, camps if the whether is really crap, there is room over the garage to roll out your sleeping bags in the dry and some heating and I am sure we can make room in the living room as well.

Afreemason(Glyn) & Motley have very kindly offered to host us all for the afternoon/evening. However as you can appreciate buying enough burgers and hotdogs for 100+ people will prove to be a little expensive, so perhaps if we all put a couple of pound in the kitty we can cover this cost and ensure everyone has a good time. I will try to get round you all during the BBQ if thats ok. Unless anyone else has any suggestions?

I'd say at least £5 per head donation plus bring drinks.

We can't let these guys be paying for stuff - they've been good enough to supply the venue.
