got flashed today

got flashed by a ....................WHEELY BIN!!!!!! WTF dirty German gits, I was doing about 20 mph then thought hang on there was no speed sign so turned around on driving back down the round i seen a fella sitting in a van beside it so i drove a bit further down the road to look for a speed limit sign about 5 meters in front of the of the bin was a 30 KPH sign but i got flashed before that, so i drove down the road to find a30 KPH sign smashed to bits pointing the wrong way down the road so i took a picture of it with my phone then went back to him some shit. he said i was doing 40 KPH and i pushed the phone though his passenger side window he and he looked surprised he then after a heated discussion told me it was no problem and its only 15 euros and no points(£10)so thought oh well i am abit wiser now its only a tenner then told to sort the sign out but i don't think he understood me then he said "nice new car, very loud" i told him it was 13 years old from what i know in German and he was really surprised with a "nine" (no) s i left with i price list thinking bollox now i am a bit twitchy while driving past wheely bins
