lockys96 Posted June 10, 2006 Share Posted June 10, 2006 Hello lads, i was going to tenerife for a week yesterday, left at 1pm from southampton to get there 2-3hrs before the flight left at 6pm, What a f**king nightmare, after 8hrs driving, we arrived at 9pm, missed the flight, stayed in a hotel overnight, and now im back home. might catch another flight tomorrow, but now i cant simply be bothered[ANGRY][/ANGRY] WAS ANYONE ELSE CAUGHT UP IN THIS CRAP TRAFFIC JAM. Is it really necessary for the grief it causes? god knows. they couldnt even open a single lane, due to fire damage on road surface, what a load of crap. they said on the radio that they were giving out water, to hell were they. all hard shoulders were blocked by lorries setting up sleep, and people were stopping and parking up on the right hand side of the motorway.
