DannoSupra
Hello all, how are we? I'm gonna be gettin HKS GT2835 kit soon... I know i'll need Injectors, FMIC, Fuel pump, etc... BUT, which ecu do you guys recommend.... i wont be doing it for a long time, but i'm buying bits every now and again, like this month, suspension... then turbo's.. anyway.... My plan is to convert it from auto to manual and at the same time, put FMIC and the turbo's and all neccesary bits Help... very much appreciated Thanks, Dan

Lucifer
AEM all the way, or GEMS
TLicense
I would definitely say Motec or AEM. I would also throw Autronic in, as maybe a happy medium between the two, but if I didn't go with the AEM, personally I would have gone with the Motec. One or the other, which doesn't really leave much space for the Autronic.
DannoSupra
cool. nice one! AEM wil be then. been told by eough people to convince me now... Cheers Buds!
TLicense
Don't dimiss the motec though mate, it's certainly a fantastic bit of kit. If I were looking again, I would get brochures from both ECU's and compare the pro's and con's of each. Best of luck!

Miguel
In fact a lot of it needs updating having just read the whole thing. There is a lot of info missing on there. That could help people.
Lucifer
Go for it Mig, I was just passing info on from a while back, hence no MKivStoere in there!
Miguel
Nah wasn't aimed at you at all Martin. I too have gone from ECU to ECU and still cant make my mind up, But then I really am limited to autos ( not through choice) so Choosing and ECU for me is a propper nightmare. Each and every one of them has its + and - and I think an unbiased up to date file like that would be great to help people out as TBH I think ECU choice is one of the most dificult things to do. Miguel
Updated with the bits I know. So it needs a lot more input from others TBH . Like correct price and mapping cost for one.ECU_choices-1.doc
