Abflug side skirts

Recommended Posts

A set of abflug sideskirts in white, they are generally in good condition but they do need 2 small repairs

1.The tag with the stud to hold rear part of skirt on one side needs reattaching easy repair

2. There is a couple of cracks to the underside of the one of the rear sections but this is underneath and would not be seen when on car.

These were bought from psymon a few months ago but after trying them on car they dont go with oem rear spats so i have decided to get oem skirts as well(after that piece of rocking horse s**t i have been after!!)

I paid him £70 so they are on offer for the same price.

i can post but would have to get back with p&p price

Thanks for looking

Also have a set of oem rear spats in black. One has a small bracket missing ,easy to make a new one and one has a small crack underneath.

Spats and skirts £160 plus p&p

Ps last pic the spat looks crazed its not that is a reflection of my door hehe

I have to say Martin is an upstanding fellow. He slightly beat me to it when there was an FCD for sale. I posted on the thread soemthing along the lines of dammit or something like that, then received a pm from Martin stating that he was withdrawing from the sale to allow a member (ie me) to make the purchase.

Its a tricky one though isn't it? Should members get first opportunity or should it be a free for all. After all money talks and all that, which puts most traders in a better postion than members for cash purchases, but should it be allowed.

Sorry for the hijack btw but just wanted to clarify that Martin won't shaft you.

I must admit i have only met Michael once, and he is NOT sarcastic he means every word:p

Seriously Micheal does not mean any of it as he is strangely like my mate, looks and all and has the same sarcastic manner.

I agree with Stealth and Classone Martin got in there first IMO.

What I think should happen and take Jake for example as he has done this with his items, included 2 prices, delivered and pick up then that would save confusion. To many people advertise on here and give the smallest description to what they are selling, to someone like me thats useless, I might want the part but because I have to then ask questions someone gets in before me.

2 points that i think would be a good idea:-

I personally think that with traders they should not post an offer/item for sale till a price is set in stone, but have a disclaimer that it could be changed.

Anyone that is selling an item should do the leg work really to see what postage woudl cost after all its them that wants the item sold and ultimately needs the money, unless its a bulky item then common sense they might not be able to.

dunno what others think.

I agree with most of that James Yes.

I also see what you mean about Traders buying stuff, but also dont forget we pay a pretty penny to be on here, and of course we all offer great service.

ALSO if I bought lets say a set of turbos for £300 and charge £400 to a customer, they come with a 3 month warentee, so you also get alot more after sales support for the money.

Personally mate, I dont have a problem with it, first come first served IMO whether your a trader or not.

As for buying something @ £300 and then selling for £400 with a warranty, fair enough its not your fault your a thieving pikey:p :p I agree about the aftersales as thats important as the sale itself.

mmmm would 1st dibbs have been about right here, then if postage costs are too high then he can pull out, but martin deff got that one and if i was the seller, i would say deal done £500 delivery, then he could have taken them there himself a day off driving the supe to bristol

Thanks Martin,

the reason ididn't say i would take them straight away was due to the distance for postage and some people don't want to bother with the packing etc, i should have said i will definately take them if impervious was prepered to post and pack, i am sorry if i caused any confusion.:innocent:

I was only buying for Stock, please let MAtt have them if he wants them,.

Didn't we have this with Paul E when he went through a phase of just buying everything and anything? Wasn't it agreed that traders could buy IF the items where for there car and not stock?

No offence Martin, just I remember this happening a while ago.....
