Duty on used goods from Oz??

Got about 900 quids worth of used parts, correctly and honestly insured and invoiced, coming from Oz, what should I expect to have to pay when they land? Cheers.

probabyl vat plus about 5% handlg charges unless you have paid the vat all ready {or it was a gift}

It makes no difference if it's a gift - the gift limit is only £30 or so anyway. The amount of import duty you get charged depends on what it is - most car parts are around 5% IIRC. So you get charged 5% of the value (including shipping), and then 17.5% VAT on top of that total. So you'd be looking at around £210, plus any handling fee the shipper decides to charge.
