"When you feel down at work" he said "sit down and write a list of things you enjoy about your job and what you want to achieve in it" So, I am struggling to think of a single thing. Nice. really? i never know that i'd better keep that quiet, they'll probably change it when a law was 15 days holiday and was changed to 20 days, my boss went mad but then told us that yes the holiday is now 20 days but as i pay you for 8 bank holidays that leaves you with 12 days i checked it out, turned out he could do that ba$tards!! But even so, I look out at the sea and think, yep I'd prefer to be out on the boat than here. Never mind six more weeks, then six weeks holiday. Recently it's been getting worse it's like they're making us work harder and harder just to get to a point where we can actually DO the frikkin work!!! The amount of hassle we have getting them to give us a pool car - so that we can transport their equipment safely (and with insurance!!!) to the test labs!!! Do they want us to do the job or not!!!
