No aircon. Due to FMIC?

I found out today that my car's AC doesn't blow cold air. It doesn't seem to chill it at all. Is this normal for Supras with a 3 row FMIC or would it be worth a try getting it regassed?

I need my AC in this weather!

i think thats the compressor alright!

like i say if needed i have a TT one that i got from B'have..........

As additional advice and info for you and others, my lexus had a 'siezed' compressor......now i'm not sure what peoples interpretation of this is but mine was that the compressors internals were seized like an engines would be if it were seized and that it was therefore effectively dead. However my siezing problem turned out to be pretty simple. The "not being able to turn the pulley by hand" is what mine was doing, the fix was to just remove the 10mm bolt, then the inner pulley and then add one or two extra washers. Pulley back on and the inner part could then be turned by hand and would stay stationary when the engine was running until the aircon was turned on, at which point it would engage as normal.

However saying this even with mine seized, the aircon blew cold, it would just seriously frost up the pipes feeding the compressor as it was on 100% of the time.

Bascially if the inner part of the aircon pulley won't move by hand AND you had a completely siezed compressor then the aircon pulley as a whole would not be able to rotate at all when the engine was started which i would think would lead to some major belt squeal, and you could definitely see this!

so if, with the engine running, the pulley spins but so does the centre part then its likely you have what i had and that the unsiezing its easy, it just leaves you with the "where's all my coolant gone or been forced out of!" problem......

sh*t, you probably don't want that compressor now do you! ah well never mind :)

Although it's your (WSB2's) compressor which is the problem (and someone has one available), it's worth knowing that the full condendor, receivier/dryer and piping assembly is 'only' £270 from CJ's mate Steve Manley.
