n00b
hi.. bought a Top Secret bumper from EBay (i know im feeling very brave)... anyhow it turns out to be a facelift model as it has holes in the sides for the side lights (i believe this is facelift) that’s fine as the paint shop is going to fill them. what has me worried is will my orange indicators fill the gap and fit in ok? as the hole looks huge:blink: its getting sprayed tomorrow what do you guys think? Whitesupraboy2
will they fit temporarily? can i get the newer model lights? you got 2 choices as speed as in emergency. infact really one, go to toyota (through steve manley) and order some with looms and they should be with you within couple days, he will send straight to body shop if you ask Or if they keeping car for week, get on to Nic ASAP and see how quick he can deliver

Pixelfill
Charlie, Mascrat isn't until a week on Monday so you are safe from that front. If it gets really desparate mate, you might be able to borrow mine. I don't know what the state of my loom is though so you might just have to borrow the facelift shells, and use your loom, and I'll borrow your non-facelifts, and use my loom (if this is technically possible - anybody) Let me know if you need to. - anything to help a mate out of a jam Mike
Pixelfill
or failing that .... I'll borrow your TS bumper, and you can borrow my stock one until you source some facelift indicators Mike
Dr_Doom
Your old one's should fit fine till you get your clears. I've had both fitted to my TS bumper. Check the pictures in my garage, theres some before and after pics. Looks loads better with the clear ones though
supra steveo
leave the holes there as get some of the bumper side indicators and fill the holes on the wing IMHO this looks way better
michael
The bumper has blanks so that the bodyshop can drill holes for the indicators, as they share the same mounting points you should be able to use the orange ones and then simply mount the others when you get them. If all else fails just cable tie the existing ones somewhere close to where they should be until you get sorted.
Guest McMsk
I have the TS bumper and used the old signals which doesnt look too good. Where is the best place to get these fecelift signals?

Elliot
Looks very good! It was an eBay job? Aren't they all supposed to be naff?! What's the fitment like up close? Did the bodyshop guy have much to do?
GazzaGSi
Looks great mate. I have been watching them bumpers on ebay for ages but never had the courage to buy from them even though the add states perfect fitment. Is there any gaps around headlight etc? Looks really good! Any colour difference etc with your paintwork? Nice work.
n00b
yep its a ebay job... i was looking for a TS bumper for a long time and some of the traders where taking the piss for the bumpers (its only a bloomin mould) apart from 1 trader but he had 4 week waiting and was very slightly more expensive. anyho someone else on the forum bought one from this guy and it fitted well so i plucked up enough courage and bought it... apparently it fitted really well but was a bit of a squeeze with a aluminum support strut (but fitted with a shove) ... paint works great and matches the rest of the car and the lights fit really nicely (no gaps at all)... so all round no problems. i will try and get some close ups posted tonight for you guys. cheers n00b
n00b
here you go... pics of how it fits... sorry about the water marks and reflection... a bird didnt think much of my car and decided make its feelings known... n00b
