Guest Richie
I wont be checking licenses all that I am fussed about is that no one p155es around like last time, as there will be a high ranking Officer present, who is solely responsable for the Airfield and he gets a bit upset if ppl start doing dounuts etc. This is my last chance so to speak. You can use whatever tyres you like. The surface is very grippy compared with Pod.
Steve W
I want to come and play too !!!!! You probably DON'T need a licence...... .... but, NO SILVER CARS ALLOWED ! ! ! (apparantly, a Government Enquiry found that 9-out-of10 Silver car owners is a NUTTER ! ! ! So we can't have Monkey and Doood in the same place at the same time (ONE of 'em must be a NUTTER ?? ......at LEAST ! !) [bobbeh, don't know why YOU need to do a Top-Speed run.... .....I heard YOU don't NEED a runway ?????? ]

Branners
Richie, Did I read elsewhere that its okay to turn up and pay on the day as a spectator? There was also talk last year about running a colour banding system so people didnt have to queue for ages and keep edging forward, the groups would be called forward at set intervals...is that possibly this year or is it just too much hassle? Guest Richie
Branners although it is a good idea to do say 20min time slots with 20 cars per group. I know that there will be ppl who were in the toilet at the time/getting some food or just forgot, then I would be constantly over running the time slots etc. Also I would do it on a numbering basis i.e 1-20 21-40 etc. I will have a chat with my timing equipment ppl to see what they recommend
Branners
and the 'paying on the day' for spectators is okay? JB
