Pixelfill
Your best bet would be to buy one and measure it Seriously though I believe that this is a bit of a trade secret, contact Chris Wilson, Envy, or one of the other traders that sell them. merckx
I measured mine last time it was in bits, I then put it in a safe place. So safe that I cannot remember where it is.

mikeyh
The size is perfect if you're reaching the boost you want to run. thats the problem im overboosting like mad and thought that maybe there was a problem with the restrictor ring now im running hybrids:)

Homer
It really seems to depend on the car. I know several people with the same CW decatt pipes and restrictor ring as me, some struggle to see 1 bar, others (like mine) hit fuel cut any time its a little chilly! If you're on hybrids thats probably even more difficult to predict. Trial and error is your best bet - Start with a highly restrictive ring and keep refitting until its where you need it to be. At least if you fit the ring between the 1st and 2nd pipes its easy to remove & replace.
