Is that the way they are supposed to be installed?

OR do you turn the blue rings the other way round??

2nd Question - The Strut brace ends are angular...do these need to face the front of the car or the rear of the car??

Yes thats how it is supposed to be installed. You'll see it will only go on one way. Im quite sure it is offset to the rear of the engine bay too otherwise it will hit the throttle cable bracket:)

So the way Rajinder has it installed is wrong?

Hmm now i'm confused....

If you look Rajinder's pics and LeeT engine pics...the install are different.

imi

probably an older and newer version strut bar? If you think about it logically, the bar is a set length so the ends can only bolt in one way round so as to make the bar fit. Also the 3 bolt hole pattern will determine which way the ends are orientated

hope that makes sense?

Agree with you LeeT.

I know i've installed it the right way round.

I just need to check whether the offset faces the REAR or the FRONT.

i'd say rear otherwise it will possibly hit the throttle cable bracket on the intake manifold?
