Jonny5
Anybody have a trd twin plate clutch fitted...if so what are they like to live with with regards to driveability and the odd clatter:blink: I believe they are actually re-badged Exedy units cheers Jon:)
Chris Wilson
They are OK, not as good as the OS Giken ones (which are the best, bar AP, and other exotica, IMO). Everything TRD, like everything Nismo, is good gear, again, IMO.
Nic
I've been using the twin plate TRD clutch/flywheel for around 5-6 years. It hold the power very well, pedal is a little heavier than stock and they can be a bit grabby at first until you get use to them. The lightened flywheel included with the clutch is good quality, but like most aftermarket flywheels can be a bit rattly on tickover. I can supply the TRD clutches, OS Giken, Exedy, HKS etc. at good prices, leadtimes are a little longer though, so if your clutch has gone best to source locally.
