Green Peace
So Sorry to hear this. You will never get over it, but it gets easier, much easier....I still think of my Mum and Dad almost every day, even though my Mum died 6 years ago and my Dad 16 years ago. Remmember you are part of her and she still lives on through you...therefore she is still with you. I actually laugh at myself sometimes when i do things my Mum or Dad would of done..and its only then I realise they are still with me. God Bless your Mum.. Im only a pm (or MSN) away if ya ever want to chat. Si hugz (soz my emotion/smilies are on strike )

Class One
Tom, its never easy losing a parent, but alas, its something all of us have to go through. I lost my Mum 3 years ago this July, and I miss her terribly, but as you have no doubt found, the pain you feel diminishes with time, and is replaced with something else, perhaps a little emptyness. Take solace in the fact the they live on inside you, and if or when you have children, they live on inside them as well. Think only of the good times, for that is how they would like to be remembered.
