Pete
I didn't know DHL would do the packing, but that surely increases my chances of some kind of compensation. Hope that's the case

Bismarck
As taken from DHL's website - "Please note that DHL will accept no liability for the packaging advice it provides. The customer remains responsible for ensuring packaging is adequate for transportation." I run an international and UK courier company and to be honest I've never known DHL to offer to package anything. I'm not supprised that it arrived in that condition when you consider that all shipments that go through there UK delivery system end up be being routed through several distribution hubs along with bouncing around on the back of lorries with several hundred other parcels. Pete
It's obviously been mishandled though and thrown about. We have succesful claims like this for PCs that have bent chassis etc from mishandling.
Chris Wilson
The only way to courier panels and glass is crated. Expensive, but I have found it vital. Repairing those door edges will cost more than finding undamaged used doors. Still, for what you paid you have some good spares, if you ever need them. I am off to Rotorstock or Rotorfest, whatever it's called, on Sunday, to look at buying some 3.5 kilo Skyline doors. Stock doors are heavy *uggers, aren't they?!!
