There were worse horror stories, such as a similar situation, but with spiders eggs, and seeing hundreds of baby spiders hatching from within your skin and burrowing out. Creepy crawlies are one of the few things that really frighten me. Where I used to live was a haven for them! One of the worst things was, I went to put a pair of socks on that had been drying on the radiator, I put it on and felt what i thought was one of those balls of cotton you sometimes get in your socks. I went to pick it out and it started moving! Turns out it was a beetle, that had come in, and somehow got into the sock. I always check my socks now. I think they like the smell of feet or something cause mosquito's do too i believe. I found an earwig in my sock too, what are those things about? I'm so glad it never happened to me! I remember when my dad cleaned out his fishtank he'd syphon water out with a hosepipe. One time he decided to do this, and went and got the hosepipe from the shed. He then went to suck the water through the hosepipe to start the syphon.
