b_have
I'm with Mig on this one, Had my PHR (HKS) tubi manifold on for more than 5 years, daily driven and tracked many times. No cracks yet (seeking wood)
b_have
Probably, but it'd be next to impossible to wrap given the amount of crap in the way and design of the pipework I would think. Thermotec is the stuff I used, along with the spray that seals it. Where did you buy the sealing spray?
Wez
I bought all my Thermotec stuff from http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk
b_have
Thanks Wez, does it actually improve the efficiency of the wrap or just cosmetic? (read the waffle and it just says makes the wrap last longer and impervious to fluids)

I have had mine wrapped for a long time and it still looks like new

colsoop
I can't remember who but someone on the forum had a ceramic coating applied to various hot parts, it looks like a white powder coat but can handle very high temperatures. Have a look at THIS thread.
Chris Wilson
Camco 88 in Warrigton can do various heat coatings, Google them and ask for Bruce, mention my name. They are pretty slick there. The coating side of the business is called Camcoat
