MR.B
Mine did exactly the same the other day Fifty. Started up at the garage and it started flashing - flicked the button on and off - still flashed. Started up the following day - back to normal. I had it happen once before a while back and never did figure out what caused it.
Supraguy
Car used to do this, but it fixed itself. Seemed to do it 1 in 10 starts, and the only way to clear it would be to turn the car off and back on. Once the car was warmed up, it would never do it. Only seeemed to do it on cold starts though. Its not done it in nearly 2 months though, so I cant tell you what it was.
nic_f
Hi Fifty, Mine does that if the immobiliser kicks in and I disarm it with the ignition on from the remote control. It's due to a problem with the ignition barrel apparently. I am waiting for a new barrel. If I turn the ignition off and arm the alarm/disarm the alarm the problem goes away. Good Luck Nic
