Got the failure sheet, as it failed on a couple of parts, a week ago: 1) Offside rear suspension arm has no movement, frozen in position - How can I sort this out, just thought I would ask before I get under the car! 2) Offside front lower suspension has excessive play in a ball joint -Have you a part number or piccie? Thanks for your advice!
Mike M
Hi mate, the girlfriend used to own an 1989 1.1, it had to get a new rear torsion arm bearing as it was sticking, think it had started to collapse. It made a loud cracking noise when the suspension moved. Could be the same thing but it's been left to get worse. Wish i could remember what it cost. Its a real get in and drive car, where the Supra requires thought and respect! Took me right back when I drove it, like the old days!

Cheers mate - I wanted to buy a low mileage in good nick (considering its 16 years old!) to keep as a future classic and the way Peugeot intended the 205 GTi to be. Thats why I won't be stripping it, slamming it, mi16-ing it etc. I admit I've fitted a quickshift (its a must or feels like your rowing lol), K&N and Magnex BB (gotta have a zorst!), thats it though and I have all parts to put it back to 100% standard
