terribleturner
If i didn't have bad luck at the moment i'd have no luck at all About to join the M25 at Maple Cross today, going round the roundabout under the moterway when a car coming off the M25 pulls out without stoping right next to me. I looked over and took action to move over but as i turned to look round forward again i was heading forr the roundabout. Went to turn the wheel but the edge took the wheels away from under me Went over onto the side and came to a stop with the bike on my right leg. Thankfully i was only doing like 30 so no damaage to me but have scratched the bike up pretty well. My jacket and jeans came out fine just covered in dirt while my boots took a harmering. Bit of an adrenaline rush, but rested for 5/10 minutes and then i was back on my journey. Here's some pictures i took when i got home. Homer
Sorry to see the damage mate, good to hear you walked away - bike crashes can be serious business - as you know well. Do you think the car driver even realised what they'd done?

Ewen
Glad youre ok and the bike looks fixable....I stopped biking after fifth or sixth time of being knocked off or squeezed out, couple of times with the misses on the back...everytime I 'wasnt seen' by the other driver. Im jealous of you guys who are enjoying the current technology and Id still like a bike tomorrow, but my biking nerves well and truly gone. terribleturner
Yeah car stopped and i told him he should have stopped as i had the right of way. He apoligies and helped pick the bike up. Can't go through insurance as i moved away from him so it was my fault i made contact with the roundabout Brightside is it could have been alot worse. Class One
Bloody hell James, it never rains but it pours. Good to see the crash bungs did their job, and you're a lucky boy getting away with it in your jeans. If you need a one pice leather suit I still have mine in the loft for a good price I hope everything is straight on the bike and its just purely cosmetic. Pattern panels are afirly cheap and I'm sure someone could do the graphics for you. Just thank your lucky stars it wasn't a bit more serious. Remember Glenn my bruv in law, he's like metal Mickey now. See you wednesday take it easy!
Jake
Bummer. The bobbins saved you a few quid there. Would be looking at new panels otherwise. Could have been worse. Glad you're ok mate.
