Optimax + Millers and an ECU reset.

Recommended Posts

I have gone back to Optimax and for some reason I has helped with my Fuel cut off problem, strange as I thought it would be the other way round :)

Anyway I was going to use Millers to get the RON upto and around 100, but I have one question.

If I add Millers will I have to stick with it? Or can I put it in now and again?

These reason I ask is in case I cannot get hold of the stuff.

Also I understand I need to reset my ECU, So when I pull out the fuse does the ignition need to be on?

Many thanks

Andrew

1) Depends on boost pressure.

Optimax alone should be good for boost up to fuel-cut. Beyond that it's up to you. I, personally, no longer recommend boosting beyond fuel-cut without considering other factors such as additional fueling.

2) My reply in (1) refers.

3) Remove fuse with IGN off.

Yours,

J
