ManwithSupra
As some of you know i was diagnosed with a condition called cholestatoma 6 months ago and have only just heard word for my operation date - 15th May this monday coming. Not looking forward to it really but at least there will be no more pain after that 2 week recovery time though im not allowed to drive but i can stare at my soop and feel better that way For all those people that dont know what cholestatoma is, basicly it is where the eardrum has become perfurated, over and over again due to ear infections, which is due to a mishaped ear canal, anyway over this time the ear renews the skin in your ear and usualy pushes it out (earwax) but in this case it has gone through my eardrum and started to create a very hard ball of skin (called cholestatoma) the probelm is that this condition can be serious if left unattended, so far all i know that it has destroyed 50% of my bones in my ear (so i have lost my hearing in one ear) but if left longer it will destroy the main nerve running to my face and it would be unrepairable, also if left i could develop mengitus, or a brain abcess, Either way i have yo have it done. The operation will take around 4 hours to compleate and the thing that scares me the most is they have to drill a hole in the hard bone at the back of my ear. Oh well what doesent kill you makes you stronger right

colsoop
You will recover a damn site quicker at home, more than a couple of days in hospital you start to get a bit bored.
