Mike
Well, hopefully I spelt that right.... My car is creaking around at the front.. it's a bit of a 'clunk' sound, noticeable at low speeds and usually on a slope.. I took it into the garage and asked them to check the sub-frame to see if it needs tightening up...? I told them that I'd read on here that the sub-frame needs to be torque fastened.. if that is the problem? They have advised that this is the case but asked if I can find out what the torque settings are for the bolts? Can anyone help?
Ben-san
Correct! I'll be doing the same on the next service, hopefully at one of our trusted traders. Perhaps you could PM/email Greg or Sam at Turbofit or Chris geo-man Wilson for that... this info would be useful for me too, share the love when you have some B®
